Shipping policy

The order processing times are separate from the shipping times indicated at the checkout. After the orders are processed, they are then shipped and will be delivered after the indicated shipping time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders may be subject to potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control. International shipping times may be delayed due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, and therefore overseas transit times may be delayed.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within Belconnen, ACT. 

Deliveries are made during business hours throughout the week. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout or via email to notify you on the day of our arrival.

The ZIP codes that we provide local pickup for include, 2615, 2616 & 2617.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Palestine, United Kingdom, and United States

Countries we don’t ship to: We do not ship to 'Israel' we ship to Palestine.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Qween Modest is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@qweenmodest.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

You can also track your order through your customer profile.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Currently we do not have any limitations on shipping to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@qweenmodest.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
